Workshop – Press training

Aviation is the fastest way to fry the planet. With 1% of people responsible for half of all aviation emissions, nothing symbolises this injustice more than private jets. With celebrities being called out for their irresponsible private jet use to an increasing amount of press coverage of the subject, the conversation about the inequality of private jets is picking up pace. So how can we capitalise on this moment and use the press to convey our key messages?

With this press training workshop, we’ll provide useful background on private jets and climate injustice, go over key messages to communicate, and cover key tips for speaking to the press. The session will also involve opportunities to practice with others and the opportunity to give and receive feedback.
