The primary language of the conference sessions and workshops will be English, with interpretation into French and Spanish/Catalan if needed. We cannot guarantee interpretation for all workshops, but will try our best to make it as accessible as possible.

How will you attend the conference?(Required)
The panels and keynotes and some other sessions will be hybrid to allow participation by our members and allies from all over the globe. Even so, we want this to be a moment for people to join together again in person, so we strongly encourage everyone from countries reachable by grounded transportation, to join us in person.
Do you want to join a thematic working group
One focus of the conference is to deep dive into specific topics that are a priority for our movements at the moment. For this we will have three consecutive sessions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning with the aim to develop concrete proposals for our future work and alliances. If you participate in a thematic group you should commit to joining all the three sessions. You don’t need any special knowledge on the topic to join a thematic group, but there will be short briefings for everyone to read before. For everyone who does not want to join a thematic group or cannot join for all the days there is a parallel workshop program. Accommodation
We’re planning to have comrades from Barcelona hosting the people who who will travel to the conference. We will contact you later with the details.
We have a small budget for people who can't afford to cover part or all of their travel costs. Please indicate here if you need financial support for your travels and roughly how much. We can't guarantee we can cover all of your travel costs, but will try our best not to let the cost of travel hinder your participation.
We will need a lot of hands to help during the conference. Can you volunteer for any of these tasks?
Donation / Registration fee(Required)
We have some funding for the conference but also rely on voluntary participation fees. To cover costs for the conference we need donations of around 15€ per day per person. We’re planning to serve vegan meals for lunch and dinner. We want everyone to be able to attend the conference, regardless of their financial situation, so donations are voluntary. If you can pay more, this can cover the costs of others who can pay less. If you can transfer your donation beforehand that would be great, but you can also do so at the conference. https://stay-grounded.org/donation/
We will have vegan meals at the conference. Do you have any allergies or intolerance? (We can’t ensure to accommodate all needs, but will try our best)
The venue is wheelchair accessible. We will have an awareness team and an awareness/quiet room that is available throughout the whole conference. We are happy to think about any additional ways to make this event as accessible as possible.
We have a separate room for child-care and aim to provide child-care during the program time. Please indicate for which dates you need child-care
I'm willing to be filmed/photographed for conference communication reasons.
For our work and our communication it is great if we can use pictures of the conference and the people attending. In case you don't want this, that’s of course totally fine. You can put a "No Filming" sticker on your shirt at the registration. This way we try to guarantee that you're not on photos/videos, or just from the back or pixeled.
